• Analytics and Crash Data: Our app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, which may collect anonymised usage data and diagnostic information to help us understand app performance and improve stability. These services are provided by Google and may collect data such as device information, crash logs, and interactions within the app. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Device Information: Basic technical information about your device (such as iOS version) may be collected automatically for app functionality purposes.
• No Location Data: We do not collect or request access to your location information.
• No Personal Usage Tracking: While we collect anonymised app performance data, we do not track your personal collection data, specific items, or collecting habits.

Authentication Methods

Popmate Collector requires authentication to ensure data security, but protects your privacy:

• Sign in with Apple Required: All users must authenticate using Sign in with Apple to access the app. However, we do not collect or store any of your personal information. Apple provides us with only a unique, anonymous identifier that allows you to securely access your data without revealing your identity to us.
• Email Privacy: You can choose to hide your email address from us entirely when using Sign in with Apple, and we respect this choice. We never see or store your actual email address.
• No Personal Data Collection: Even though authentication is required, no personal information is transmitted to or stored by us. Your privacy is maintained through Apple's privacy-focused authentication system.

How We Use Your Information

Since we collect minimal information, our use is extremely limited:

• App Authentication: The anonymous identifier from Sign in with Apple is used solely to authenticate your access to the app
• App Functionality: Basic device information is used only to ensure the app works properly on your device
• Performance Improvement: Firebase Analytics helps us understand how users interact with the app to improve performance and user experience, using only anonymised data
• Crash Prevention: Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and diagnostic data to help us identify and fix app crashes or bugs
• No Marketing: We do not use any data for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes
• No Personal Profiling: We do not create user profiles or personalize content based on your personal data
• No Personal Collection Analysis: We do not analyze your specific collection items, pricing information, or personal collecting patterns

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We maintain strict privacy practices regarding data sharing:

• No Personal Data Sharing: We do not share any personal information because we do not collect any personal information.
• Anonymous Data Only: The only personal data we have access to is the anonymous identifier from Apple, which cannot be used to identify you and has no value to third parties.

• Technical Data: Basic technical information (like anonymised crash reports) may be processed by our development tools solely for app improvement purposes.
• Legal Compliance: In the unlikely event of a legal request, we would have no personal information to provide.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Local Data Storage

• Local Storage: Your collection data, including figure information, photos, and pricing details, is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
• No Cloud Requirement: The app functions fully offline, meaning your personal collection data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to enable cloud backup features.
• Device Control: You maintain complete control over your data, and you can delete all information at any time directly from your device.
• No Analytics on Personal Data: We do not track or analyze your specific collection items, pricing information, or personal collecting habits.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
